My name is Julie Frech and I’m the Property Manager for Sunpointe Townhomes. I have been with Statewide Management for five years and I love it! I am the mother of two wonderful children (five and nine years old). I also have two cats named Kally and Sabastian as well as a dog named Chuck (a super cute Golden retriever).
