I am not a morning person, but like many of us I have a job that requires me to get up in the morning. If I had my way my prime waking hours would be from Noon until 2am. But since that is not the case here are some tips for making the wake up better.
1. Don’t hit snooze! Why would you want to go into a half sleep instead a a full sleep by just waking up when you need to?
2.Drink water: Chances are the lack in your system first thing can make you lethargic.
3. Get Pumping! Listen to energetic music to jump start your day.
4. Open a window!
