Most of us experience stress at least once a week. It could be work, family, friends or anything that can be the root of your stress. It’s almost the end of the week so I just wanted to give you guy my top 5 stress-busting tips to help you relieve some of that stress…
Exercise Reguarly: You can run, walk, job, dance, or take an aerobics class. Whatever you do just get your blood flowing and clear your mind with a little bit of sweating.
Find a Hobby: Some people like to read, write, clean, or even collect things. Find something that is not too complicated that can be your escape from the everyday norm.
Laugh: Nothing beats a good laugh. You can burn a couple of calories, take your mind off things, and have a smile on your face!
Eat small meals throughout the day: This will keep your blood sugar stable (when blood sugar is low, mental, physical, and emotional energy decreases, and stress increases).
Learn to Let Go: One of my favorite stress quotes is from the TV show “A Different World” it says “Relax, Release, Relate.” This tip goes toward release and relate. If you let go things you have no control over it will reduce the stress you feel tremendously!
