Stop the Burnout, Before it begins.

Have you ever been so stressed and overworked that you just can’t think clearly anymore because you are so burnt out. It happens to us all and most of us can’t afford to change jobs when burnout happens. So prevention is key.

Prevention: We can all feel when we are about to get burnt out. Going for a walk or a stretch each day will help you reduce stress. Having conversations with co-workers can go a long way towards overall happiness at work. Unplugging after a certain time can also go a long way towards sanity. Having a hobby also helps, I like painting.  Find a way to focus on home at home.
