Ok, so there is supposedly 6 more weeks of winter left, silly ground hog. Winter is time when people are more likely to get depressed. Probably due to the snow and lack of sunshine. Here are some ideas for beating those winter blues.

Use Light Therapy, most of us no longer have the luxury of getting up with the sun. Use brighter lights or get a light box to brighten your sprits.
Eat better, most vegetables are now flash frozen at the height of freshness. Avoid heavy stews at all cost.
Get a better nights sleep. Sleep for 8 hours a night and sleep consistently. Rise at the same time each day.
Get up and move. Dance, shake and what have you.
Lastly, visualize summer.
